- Per incident is hereby defined as one specific question or issue, which requires less than 30 minutes of support time. Each session costs 29.95 per half hour.
- The support session requires phone and high speed internet access.
- Before selecting a Per Incident Session, please make sure you have read and understood the Music Computing Warranty and Support Policies.
Submit the request with this page, a Music Computig support representative will contact you to arrange payment and schedule the session. For a session to begin, the payment of 29.95 for the first 30 minutes will have to be made.
